Reimagining
energy

H2EX is a world leader in exploring for naturally occurring hydrogen, created by Mother Nature.

Natural Hydrogen is the holy grail of renewable energy.

An emissions-free energy source produced by Mother Nature at a low cost. Sources of naturally occurring hydrogen have been identified in South Australia where H2EX has an exploration license and other prospective acreage. We are at the forefront of exploration activities and techniques.

Our Mission

To be first to market with renewable natural hydrogen.

H2EX’s acreage position is approximately the size of Croatia.

H2EX has an exploration license; PEL 691 located on the Eyre Peninsula which totals 6,000km2. This exploration license was awarded in June 2022.

In addition to PEL 691, H2EX has 1st ranking over 52,000km2 of acreage; PELA 689, 690, 717, 718, 725 and 754. These PELAs will proceed through the Native Title process prior to exploration license award.

H2EX’s South Australian acreage has been strategically selected to test various natural hydrogen play-type theories.

We plan to explore for natural hydrogen via a range of activities including:

Geological modelling
Gas surface sampling
Seismic
Develop a portfolio of leads and prospects

H2EX will create significant stakeholder value through:

Exploring in Australia and contribute towards zero emissions by 2030

H2EX is Reimagining Energy

The discovery of natural hydrogen in South Australia will provide a reliable, low-cost renewable clean energy source for the local community and industry. Larger volumes could be exported to other regions via proposed hydrogen export facilities on the Eyre Peninsula coast.
